IT modernization provider Alpha Omega Integration has appointed Carole Adolphe as vice president of finance, overseeing the company’s finance and contracts departments.
“As Alpha Omega embarks on a journey to make our customers successful whether they are technical or contracts related, it is not only important to have in-house expertise with the terms under which we operate but also to determine if these terms are compatible with our business model,” said Gautam Ijoor, president and chief operating officer of Alpha Omega Integration.
With over 25 years of public and private industry experience, Adolphe has executive responsibility and authority for corporate infrastructure operations, financial and accounting activities, and banking and treasury functions.
As executive vice president and chief financial officer at OPTIMUS Corp., Adolphe helped support the growth from a $100,000 organization to over $80 million after the successful acquisition of PMC Corp. At the Center Scope Technologies, she was instrumental in the successful acquisition of National Systems Management Corp. as well as served as lead on the post-integration efforts.
“Maintaining communication channels to resolve problems before they begin to endanger our reputation for service excellence is paramount to creating continuous value to our customers,” Ijoor said. “Ms. Adolphe brings that expertise to Alpha Omega.”
In January, the company hired Chris Cole as senior vice president of strategic accounts. He joined from Sevatec, where he led the strategic business development team.
