Lindsay Weissbratten, SGT

Siemens Government Technologies has named Lindsay Weissbratten as its chief human resources officer.

Weissbratten has extensive human capital strategy and talent management experience, working at General Dynamics, Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions and the Institute for Building Technology & Safety over multiple decades.

Tina Dolph, Siemens Government Technologies president and CEO, remarked Weissbratten “is the right people leader for us at a critical time in delivering on our customer commitments – as our employees are the most important element in winning and executing on increasingly complex programs for our customers.”

Weissbratten’s ability to adapt to rapidly-evolving market conditions and experience in developing career development programs makes her well-suited for this new role.

“I look forward to working closely with Tina and the executive team at SGT to harness the tremendous spirit of innovation and commitment to serving U.S. government customers, enabled by essential talent resources and support for employees to perform their very best work,” Weissbratten said.
