Global digital agency Isobar has hired two executives to its leadership team: Jory Edmunds joins as chief strategy officer and MaryAnn Hoadley as senior vice president of federal business development.
These roles are new to the company and will report directly to CEO Deb Boyda. She said Edmunds and Hoadley “bring a unique skill set to the Isobar team that enables us to grow and evolve to better meet the needs of our clients.”
Edmunds will lead Isobar’s strategy discipline and direct how the agency creates solutions that build its clients’ businesses. He will also evolve Isobar’s offering in a way that connects consumer insight strategy and business strategy. Edmunds will focus on growth and elevating strategic thinking for clients across the entire Isobar Group.
Prior to Isobar, Edmunds served as the senior director of global brand strategy and insights at Indeed.
Hoadley will supervise the implementation of Isobar’s plan to use creativity and innovation combined with emerging technology solutions to provide options for the development of systems using a human-centric approach. Prior to Isobar, Hoadley worked as SVP of business development at Koniag Government Services and Subsystem Technologies Inc.
These new hires follow Ricardo Salema’s promotion to Isobar US’ first chief creative officer earlier this year.
