Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Kevin McLaughlin has joined Tyto Athene’s Executive Advisory Board and will assist the company’s growth in both Defense Department and cybersecurity strategies.

The board is tasked with counseling Tyto Athene on acquisition strategies, government relations and market capitalization opportunities.

“We are honored to have Kevin join our EAB,” said Jeff Murray, CEO of Tyto Athene. “Kevin’s capabilities, knowledge, and strategic leadership will help place Tyto at the forefront of IT modernization efforts in defense and cyber within the Department of Defense and its mission partner environments.”

Prior to this role, McLaughlin worked with Arlington Capital Partners serving on its Polaris Alpha board of advisers. He said she was pleased to continue his relationship with Arlington Capital Partners by joining the Tyto Athene’s advisory board.

“I look forward to a long-term partnership with the Company’s leadership and their Board and doing what I can to keep Tyto at the leading edge of complex IT modernization efforts,” he said.

Michael Lustbader, a managing partner at Arlington, said the firm expected McLaughlin “to add significant value and offer valuable insights allowing Tyto to better serve our Defense Department customers and missions.”
