ManTech International has hired Julie Anna Barker as vice president of human resources for its Mission Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group.
In this role, Barker will be in charge of organizing HR and implementing strategic initiatives to provide technical talent and support for the intelligence community. She joins ManTech following over 14 years with Northrop Grumman, where she held the position of HR director, Global Services Division.
