Huntington Ingalls Industries is one of six companies chosen to support the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command as part of a 5-year, $2.45 billion contract.

Specifically, the military shipbuilding and professional services company’s technical solutions division will provide installation services for all float command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and supporting systems.

Brad Mason, president of the Technical Solutions’ fleet support group, said the company is excited to continue supporting the Navy’s C4ISR programs.

“Our highly skilled engineers and technicians have years of experience with installing and modernizing these specialized and important warfighting systems,” he said. “We are proud to support our service men and women defending our nation.”
