Research Innovations, Inc. has been selected as a prime contractor by the Justice Management Division on a Small Business Set-Aside Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide data analytics and analysis solutions to the Justice Department.
The multiple award BPA has a 5-year term, and DOJ estimates it will buy $500 million in solutions and services. The contract will leverage Research Innovations’ technologies related to advanced analytics, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced visualization.
Specifically, the Research Innovations team will apply its Search and Investigative Flexible Toolkit and a team of experts to support DOJ investigations that require the analysis of large volumes of data. The toolkit is an agile technology platform that takes in large amounts of structured and unstructured data and performs advanced analytics on integrated data to create intelligence for planning, enforcement and crime prevention. It also facilitates the secure sharing of results across investigative teams.
“The RII Team has proven expertise in deploying SIFT’s leading edge technologies in the law enforcement, military, intelligence, financial services, insurance, legal and healthcare environments,” said Ellen Minderman, Research Innovation’s vice president of special programs and operations.
Minderman added that along with Research Innovation’s solutions, the company is offering DOJ the combined services of Eastport Analytics, BreakForth Solutions, DataWalk, SAP National Security Services, The Ryan Group, Accenture Federal Services, Axiologic Solutions, Digital Reasoning, Ernst & Young, IMTAS, ManTech, Raptics and Text IQ.
