Octo Consulting Gets in on $2.5B Securities and Exchange Commission’s ONE IT Contract

Octo Consulting won a spot on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s ONE IT indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity vehicle, a 10-year $2.5 billion contract to bolster the agency’s IT services and solutions.

The contract, which is expected to be the primary vehicle for SEC IT service acquisition, covers enterprise IT services for the agency across seven service channels through the SEC’s Office of IT: platform application management and development; non-platform business systems delivery; IT infrastructure and operations management; data management; IT governance; technology business management, and information security.

And through ONE IT, SEC plans to procure systems and software development solutions, consolidate its IT contracting and make it easier to acquire new IT services.

The company, a member of the Octo Metric Joint Venture, is one of 15 small businesses to be awarded on ONE IT, thanks to OctoMetric’s proposal.

“We have placed special emphasis on pursuing large, mission-focused, and complex next-generation IT modernization opportunities within the Federal Government,” said Octo CEO Mehul Sanghani. “SEC ONE IT represents a marquee opportunity to support a customer we’ve had the privilege of supporting for some time with a range of services over the next 10 years.”

In July, Attain, Inc. was awarded a spot on the SEC ONE IT IDIQ as part of the larger business awardees, along with Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture.
