FCI Enterprises LLC has named Joseph Chioda new chief growth officer to lead the company’s business development, capture and marketing efforts.
“I look forward to working closely with Joe as we execute our strategic plan and continue to expand into new customers and diversity our capabilities,” said Michael Gulino, FCI president and CEO. “Joe brings to FCI tremendous experience and relationships across a wide range of national security customers. He also has a demonstrated track record of running highly successful business development and capture organizations that will help take FCI to the next level.”
Chioda has more than 25 years of experience in the defense and government services industry, most recently serving as client executive vice president for AT&T Corp.’s Global Public Sector, where he oversaw a portfolio of classified programs and led business development efforts within the intelligence community.
He has also had business development, strategic planning and P&L responsibilities at BAE Systems, DynCorp International and Northrop Grumman. Chioda began his career as a signals intelligence analyst with the U.S. Air Force.

Chioda is a certified project management professional and a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a Master of Science in Management/Project Management, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science.
