Deep Water Point Taps Charles Hanley to Lead Capital Resources Group

Deep Water Point has announced Charles R. Hanley, III as its newest partner.

Hanley has more than 35 years of experience in growth, acquisition, integrations, organizational restructuring, and enterprise turnaround in the services sector, primarily in the IT and global systems integration market. His record of success includes winning over 40 programs with a total value exceeding $2 billion.

“Charlie is coming onboard with a focus on helping Venture Capital and Private Equity firms maximize portfolio value,” said Howard Seeger, Deep Water Point managing partner. “This newly formed Capital Resources Group, along with the Executive Advisory Services we started in 2016, broadens Deep Water Point’s delivery capability in a meaningful way. Prior to Deep Water Point, Hanley was the chief growth officer and executive vice president of business development for ViiMed, a digital telehealth software company. He also served as senior vice president for IT and then as CEO of Project Performance Corp. His background includes executive positions with Northrop Grumman and Federal Data Corp.

Hanley has a degree in finance from the University of Texas in Austin, is a graduate of the Information Resources Management College/National Defense University, serves as the president of Le Grande Lodge in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada, and is a founder of Blue Triangle Solutions.
