Buchanan & Edwards Inc. announced Feb. 2 Sean Gleason has joined as vice president of business development. He will be responsible for growing Buchanan & Edwards’ customer relationships within the federal market.

Gleason most recently served as VP of strategy and operations for InCadence Strategic Solutions. He’s also held positions at PAE, Northrop Grumman, SAIC and Smartronix.
Gleason is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served in signal intelligence and electronic ground warfare. He attended Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and is continuing his executive education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
