Management and technology consulting company ARServices announced Jan. 25 the company has added Kevin Stenstrom and Donnelle Moten to the its senior leadership team.

Stenstrom has been named director of business development. In this position, he will be responsible for the development and expansion of the company’s business profile within the Defense Department and federal civilian marketplaces. Stenstrom previously served as senior director of business development and strategic planning at ASRC Federal Holding Co. He is a retired U.S. Naval aviator with more than 3,000 hours in the P-3C aircraft. During his military career, Stenstrom also served as a strategic planner in the Navy International Programs Office and as branch chief for communications interoperability within the Pacific Command’s Communications Systems Directorate.
Moten is now operations director for business transformation services, where he will be responsible for providing project management oversight and human capital management services to ARServices’ contract roster. He will also be tasked with expanding ARServices’ federal management consulting and human capital management support business footprints across the federal government. Moten has previously served as vice president of operations at Technology and Supply Management and the VSE corporation president of the Federal Group and senior vice president of the Engineering & Logistics Directorate.
