Noblis Inc. announced Oct. 28 its subsidiary, Noblis NSP, has added John Fant and Michael Cameron to the company’s leadership team. Fant joins as the director of special intelligence programs in Falls Church, and Cameron joins as the director of cyber solutions in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
“At Noblis NSP, we continually evolve to ensure we have the best talent and resources to solve our nation’s most critical national security and intelligence missions,” Noblis NSP President Ellen McCarthy said. “John Fant and Michael Cameron’s leadership will be invaluable as we continue to develop our special intelligence programs and cyber solutions divisions as authoritative forces in the IC and security fields.”
“This is a great time for Noblis NSP, and I look forward to working with this team in the delivery of mission critical science and technology capability to advance our customer’s mission,” Fant said. “I’m thrilled at the opportunity to share my business development and operational experience to expand our intelligence community business portfolio.”
Fant most recently worked at General Dynamics Mission Systems in cyber and electronic warfare systems missions. He has previously served as a U.S. naval intelligence officer.

Cameron has a history working in the intelligence, defense, federal civilian and commercial markets, having most recently supported intelligence and homeland security missions at Leidos. He also previously served in the U.S. Air Force.
