InCadence Strategic Solutions announced April 7 the promotion of Ericka Shirley to Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, John McIntyre to Vice President of Biometrics and Identity Management, and Christine DeYuliis to Director of Finance and Controller.

Shirley recently celebrated her five year anniversary with the company and has led Corporate Development, Compliance and Culture initiatives. She has earned several awards for InCadence, including INC 5000, Washingtonian and Washington Business Journal‘s Best Places to Work, SECAF Contractor of the Year, CARE Award Winner and more.
McIntyre also recently celebrated his five year anniversary at InCadence and has been a major contributor to the company’s success and growth of its biometrics programs. He serves as the Chief Architect of the company’s commercial product, ARES ™, a mobile biometrics application.
DeYuliis is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She is responsible for leading the company’s accounting team, financial reporting, accounting policy, budgeting and internal controls. DeYuliis recently led the ISO 9001 certification achievement for InCadence.
