Advanced IT solutions provider and Dulles, Va.-based Technica Corporation announced on February 9th that in fiscal year 2015 it exceeded the $100 million mark for revenue. Subsequently, Technica has chosen to expand its leadership team to better serve the needs of its customers.

Pauline Healy was hired in January as the Vice President of Business Development. She will be in charge of all business development and marketing for the Technica Enterprise Services division. Healy brings years of experience to her new position. She has worked at several government contracting companies including; Dovel Technologies, Dynamics Research Corporation, QinetiQ North America, and Apptis.

Mark O’Donnell has been Senior Vice President at Technica for seven years. O’Donnell will be shifting the focus of his duties from business development, marketing, product solutions and proposals to concentrate exclusively on the product division of Technica’s business. As a result of the company’s growth and development, O’Donnell will help focus its efforts on larger scale solutions-based programs and help enhance its vendor, customer, and sales support systems.

John Humphrey, Chief Operating Officer at Technica stated, “We have reached the point in our company’s development and strategic planning where the leadership of both our enterprise services and integrated technologies divisions require the attention and resources of more than one person. Mark will now be able to focus his energies and expertise on our product team and lead us in our role as a true systems integrator and solutions provider. In addition, we are very excited to have Pauline join our leadership team and play a critical role with strategic planning for our company’s growth as well as enhancing our partner and customer relationships. Pauline’s experience will be invaluable to Technica as we pursue larger and more complex opportunities supporting our Air Force, DISA, law enforcement, homeland security, and other DoD customers. Together, Mark and Pauline’s vase knowledge of the federal market space will help us develop solutions offerings to solve our customer’s most difficult challenges.”
