Manassas, Va.-based InCadence Strategic Solutions announced Oct. 22 that the company has been named by Washingtonian as one of its “50 Great Places to Work” for 2015.
Winners were selected and evaluated primarily by the scores they received from the employee survey.
“InCadence is honored to receive this recognition and would like to congratulate all of the other phenomenal companies represented at the awards event this morning,” InCadence CEO Sandra Corbett said. “We will keep striving to provide the most positive and productive work environment possible for our employees. It makes good business sense for us to do so, as our employees in turn, pay it forward and take excellent care of our customers.”
According to the magazine, employees gave the company an almost-perfect score, 4.91 out of 5. Company perks include a kitchen stocked with snacks, and workers stationed at client sites get care packages. What employees like most is the work itself, plus there are free salad lunches three days a week.
Founded in 2005, InCadence Strategic Solutions is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with more than 90 employees located in six locations throughout Virginia and Arizona.
