Reston, Va.-based business management consultant company Unissant announced April 29 the completion of the company’s contract to support the United States Mint (US Mint) in managing the implementation of Order Management System II (OMS II).

The new eCommerce website is expected to generate more than $500 million in revenue annually in numismatic/coin sales. The OMS II implementation effort was completed on time and within budget.

“We are proud to have the opportunity to support the US Mint’s mission since 2013 by helping to provide the best user experience for the end user,” Unissant President and CEO Manish Malhotra said.

Unissant provided business process analysis and management support to define and manage more than 1,000 distinct requirements, identify training needs, manage the integrated master schedule, track earned value and plan transition activities. Unissant also provided technical subject matter expertise to define 11 interfaces for external system integrations and data migration for more than 105 million records from legacy systems to OMS II.
