    CenturyLink Names Cynthia Shelton Area VP for Special Program Sales

    CenturyLink announced May 20 the appointment of Cynthia Shelton as the company’s area vice president for special program sales within CenturyLink Government.

    Shelton will lead the federal sales team for the company’s intelligence and cybersecurity programs. She previously served at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and SAIC.

    Shelton earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s degree from strategic intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College at Bolling Air Force Base.
