SAVE THE DATE: SECAF to Present 7th Annual Government Contractor Awards May 7, Nominees Due Feb. 13

The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) will present the 7th Annual Government Contractor Awards at its Annual Gala on May 7, 2015, at the McLean Hilton. The awards honor small and emerging government contractors and the players in the industry who rely on small business.

The deadline to nominate a company or submit an application is 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2015.

Awards will be presented in the following categories:

  • Government Contractor of the Year — (Divisions of less than $6 million in revenue, $6 million-$12 million in revenue and $12 million-$25 million in revenue) For companies that have shown a compelling and profound commitment to excellence in financial performance.
  • Award of Excellence (SECAF Members Only) — Highlights organizations that represent excellence within their respective communities, the government contracting industry, and towards employees.
  • Government Project of the Year (SECAF Members Only) — Recognizes companies that have delivered an exemplary program with significant value to the federal government.
  • Small Business Partner of the Year — For organizations that have demonstrated the ability to establish and support mentorships, teaming, partnerships and other beneficial programs for small businesses.

Winners will be revealed at the 2015 SECAF Gala announced at the McLean Hilton.
