Reston, Va.-based Razorsight, a provider of cloud-based predictive analytics solutions, announced Feb. 18 the addition of Virgin Mobile Latin America (VMLA) as part of its client list.

“We’re ecstatic to add the highly regarded, iconic Virgin Mobile brand to our impressive customer list,” Razorsight CEO Charlie Thomas said. “VMLA has a world class management team backed by marquee investors, and we’re excited to create a long-term partnership in support of their rapid growth.”

In a multi-year agreement, VMLA will deploy Razorsight’s analytics solution in Chile, Colombia and Mexico to support its accelerated expansion. Razorsight’s analytics will power marketing campaigns and assist in its delivery of customer service. Razorsight’s products will also deliver a predictive applications suite that allows VMLA to gain data-driven insights into key operations and customer sentiment metrics.

“We’re adding well over 100,000 new subscribers per month,” VMLA CEO Peter Macnee said, “and the Razorsight analytics products will allow management to benefit from real-time insights into our customers and key operations metrics to ensure continued delivery of world class experiences.”
