    Former HHS Director David Flynn Joins WBB as Client Partner for Health and Federal Services

    Reston, Va.-based Whitney, Bradley & Brown Inc. (WBB) announced Feb. 18 that former Health and Human Services Director David Flynn has joined the company as its new Client Partner for Health and Federal Services.

    Flynn previously served as the Director of Procurement in the Program Support Center (PSC), Assistant Secretary for Administration, Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He has also served as the PSC Director of Travel and Transportation and Accounting and Finance Supervisor with Kellog Brown Root (KBR).

    “We’re happy to have such high energy talent join the WBB team,” WBB’s Vice President, Federal Civilian / Health Business Sector Diana Francois said. “Since having started at WBB, David has initiated strategic planning and is working with our project teams to introduce new capabilities to the Health and Federal services market.”
