Arlington, Va.-based CACI International Inc. announced Feb. 23 that the company has been awarded a prime position to support of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Manpower, Personnel, Training & Education (DCNO, MPTE) (N1).
This four-year (one base plus three options) multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a total potential value of $23 million.
“This win reflects the success of our strategy to build our business in human resources and human capital support across the federal government,” CACI President and CEO Ken Asbury said. “It also increases our footprint as a leader in providing systems that maximize troop readiness on the national level and enhance career opportunities at the individual level for every member of the military.”
“CACI has developed an end-to-end understanding of the human resources lifecycle within our Business Systems market area,” CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations John Mengucci said. “We look forward to utilizing this expertise to help the Navy become more cost- and time-efficient in its manpower, personnel, training, and education processes.”
The DCNO MPTE N1 provides all planning, programming, policy and execution of manpower, personnel, training and education activities in order to provide the Navy operating forces with trained personnel to support the missions assigned by the National Command Authority.
CACI will compete for task orders within nine different functional areas to provide analysis, modeling and consulting services to support MPTE program/policy development, execution, analysis and justification.
