Reston, Va.-based Pragmatics named Michelle Geddes Vice President of Human Resources on Oct. 1.
“Michelle is an accomplished leader in human resources, with more than 20 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of our industry,” Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman Kimmy Duong said. “Her workforce solutions expertise will be instrumental to our employees and clients, and we are pleased to welcome her to our executive leadership team.”
In this new position, Geddes will provide strategic direction for employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development. She joined Pragmatics in April 2014 as Director of Human Resources.
Geddes previously workedProSol as Director of Human Resources and Administration, where she led the human resources, information technology, quality, security and facilities departments.
Geddes attended Marymount University where she earned a bachelor’s degree and American University where she earned a master’s degree. She also has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
