Fairfax, Va.-based SRA International Inc., an IT solutions and professional services provider to government organizations, announced Sept. 17 the appointment of David Keffer as the company’s Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the appointment of Theresa Golinvaux as SRA’s Vice President and Corporate Controller.
“I am very pleased to welcome Dave and Theresa to their new roles within the SRA leadership team,”SRA President and CEO Bill Ballhaus said in a statement. “We have ambitious plans for the future and those plans call for strong financial leadership. Dave and Theresa bring the right mix of experience combined with a deep understanding of the IT and professional services industry, a solid grasp of the financial aspects of government contracting and the leadership qualities needed to help us achieve our goals.”
Keffer will be responsible for the company’s financial operations, including all corporate accounting, financial strategy and treasury management. He has worked at SRA since 2003. Before coming to SRA, Keffer worked at Navigant Consulting and Maden Tech Consulting.
Keffer attended Georgetown University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. He went on to earn a Master of Business Administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Golinvaux will also serve as the company’s Principal Accounting Officer. She joined SRA in 2003, over the years, has held a series of management positions in the technical accounting, financial reporting and business operations organizations. Prior to SRA, Golinvaux worked as an audit manager for Arthur Andersen.
Golinvaux is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
