The Professional Services Council (PSC), of Arlington, Va., announced Sept. 18 the appointment of 15 government contracting executives to the Executive Advisory Board of the association’s new Defense and Intelligence Council (DIC).
“We are proud to have these remarkable and admired executives leading the efforts of our Defense and Intelligence Council,” PSC President and CEO Stan Soloway said in a statement. “The challenges we, and our government colleagues face are enormous. And we are confident that having a team of this caliber at the helm of the defense and intelligence work will be of real value to our members and to our government customers alike.”
Vice chairman of MCR Neil Albert will head the board. He will serve as the main liaison for engaging in a variety of policy issues related to the defense and intelligence community.
The other EAB members include Ken Asbury, President and Chief Executive Officer, CACI; Dennis Kelly, President and CEO, A-T Solutions; Ray Bowen, President and CEO, Exceptional Software Strategies; Joe Martore, President and CEO, Calibre Systems; Matt Carroll, Vice President of Secure Services, Fluor; Wood Parker, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors, TASC; Kirk Donald, President and CEO, Systems Planning & Analysis; Maria Proestou, President and CEO, Delta Resources Group; DeEtte Gray, President of the Intelligence and Security Sector, BAE Systems; Craig Reed, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Engility; Gene Kakalec, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Camber Corporation; Dave Swindle, Executive Vice President, URS; Nuhad Karaki, Executive Vice President and COO, Inceptre; and Terri Thomas, CEO, BRTRC Federal Solutions.
The Defense and Intelligence Council was created in June with the goal of bringing together various PSC committees that cover the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
