STG, Inc. (STG) has hired Dale Luddeke to serve as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Growth. Luddeke will have direct oversight of STG’s business strategy, development, capture and proposal services, IDIQ, business intelligence, and marketing groups.

“Dale is a senior strategy and business executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning and business development across the defense, intelligence, Federal, and civilian markets,” said STG President Paul Fernandes. “He will play a key role as STG reaches the next stage of its corporate evolution. We are excited to have him aboard.”

Before joining STG, Luddeke served as the SVP and Chief Growth Officer at TASC. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Business Development at CACI and held senior level business development and operational roles at CSC. Luddeke earned a B.S. in electrical engineering technology and an M.S. in engineering and technology management at Oklahoma State University.

“STG is committed to serving its customers. They have realigned their system design, development, and enterprise services resources to ensure they are positioned for the dynamic needs of the Federal, civilian, defense, and intelligence communities,” said Luddeke. “I look forward to working with this exceptional team as we move forward.”
