In the latest news from WashingtonExec, Stacy Schwartz of AT&T Government Solutions shared her thoughts on STEM education, Justin Shaw, co-founder of the start-up Wyolum, talked of how his company provides STEM grants, and the recent 2013 STEM Diversity Symposium brought high school seniors together with top leaders in industry and Congress to illuminate the vast career opportunities available to those who pursue STEM education.

Alan Berson, author of Leadership Conversations, wrote a guest column this week titled, “Mastering Relationship Building.”

WashingtonExec jumped in on the conversation with a fresh new feature story that uncovers the secret ingredients to the U.S. Navy’s ability to perpetually produce top business leaders. Read more here.

In M&A news, CACI International Inc. completed its acquisition of Six3 Systems, Deltek announced its acquisition of Centurion Research Solutions, and A-T Solutions Inc. announced its acquisition of GreenLine Systems.
