Subsystem Technologies to Demonstrate Workforce Management Solution at Human Capital Management Government Conference

Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) will demonstrate its Information Insight® solution at the Human Capital Management Government (HCMG) training event Dec. 3-5.

Information Insight® is a data-driven workforce management solution that enables strategic decision making by government HR managers. The analytics system helps HR managers to gather, visualize and share information from large, disparate sets of data to assist with succession planning; workforce planning and forecasting; talent management; and metrics and reporting.

“Federal agencies have made substantial investments in Human Resource Information Systems that deliver millions of pieces of raw data, but HR managers are not getting meaningful information from the systems,” said SUBSYSTEMs CEO Sam Malhotra. “Information Insight® solves that problem. Our solution provides government HR managers with the predictive analysis they need to make smart decisions about their workforce.”

Malhotra cited recent Office of Personnel Management (OPM) reports that more than 52,000 federal workers retired in the first quarter of 2013, which was 51 percent higher than the number of retirements in the first quarter of 2012. The aging federal workforce forces HR managers to identify candidates who can replace those workers and determine what training they need.

“This is a real issue for government HR managers,” Malhotra said. “We can provide them with the means to do a sophisticated analysis of their agency’s own data, including scenarios that look at those issues and how shrinking budgets affect future hiring.”

Information Insight® is provided via a secure cloud-based platform, eliminating the need for additional hardware or software. Our solution provides active dashboards which can be accessed on any device including a personal computer, tablet or smart phone.

For a demonstration of Information Insight®, please call or visit the SUBSYSTEMs booth at the HCMG training event at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel.
