immixGroup, Inc. today announced the appointment of Noel N. Samuel as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Samuel served most recently as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Spear, Inc.
“As immixGroup is exploring opportunities for acquisition and to raise capital to fuel our continued growth, Mr. Samuel was the perfect fit,” said Jeff Copeland, CEO of immixGroup, Inc. “His proven ability to successfully develop strategic plans to maintain market growth and profitability, as well as effectively lead large mergers and acquisitions, made his experience stand out.”
Prior to serving at Spear Incorporated, Samuel was the CFO of Dell’s $1 billion+ public services business unit. He played a large role in leading a smooth integration of Perot Systems Government Services (PSGS) by Dell and also served as the CFO, a member of the executive team, and a corporate officer of PSGS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perot Systems Corporation.
