Software Developer MicroPact has been named to The Washington Business Journal‘s 2013 List of the Best Places to Work. Among the many organizations, MicroPact was recognized for creating a great work environment and for hiring top talent.
MicroPact employees and their families receive comprehensive healthcare paid in full by the firm, a 401 (k) retirement plan with company match and $2,500 in tuition reimbursement. The firm also provides a variety of family centered activities year-round, breakfast every Thursday at its headquarters, a Wii video game console, a foosball table in the office and a fountain soda machine.
“We are incredibly excited to be named a Best Place to Work this year by the Washington Business Journal and feel it validates what my CTO, Mike, and I have been building over the last 15 years,” said Kris Collo, CEO, president and founder of MicroPact. “When I started MicroPact I wanted to create a company that not only provided the best service to our customers and retained the best talent but one that also provided that talent with a lively and engaging place to work, somewhere they would be excited to go each day. I’m proud to say that I believe we’ve accomplished that and it’s a tremendous feeling.”
Collo founded MicroPact in 1997, and has created a work environment that fosters collaboration and success.
