Industry publication Washington Technology will be launching a paid Insider Membership program, starting Tuesday, April 16. About 70 percent of the web site will consist of a pay-wall, requiring readers to sign up as a paid member to access news stories, industry insight on bids, mergers and acquisitions, technology trends and much more.

“By launching the Washington Technology Insider Membership program, we will be able to provide more in-depth content and analysis across all of our media platforms,” said Nick Wakeman, Editor-in-Chief, Washington Technology. “I’m most excited about the Washington Technology Insider Reports that we will produce each year. These will be in-depth, independent research projects that will deliver rich insights into critical issues and trends in the market.”

Members of the Insider Membership program will receive the following:

  • Full access to washingtontechnology.com website content
  • Exclusive Insider Reports with forward-looking analysis and insight into industry topics
  • A redesigned daily eNewsletter covering a wider range of breaking news and analysis
  • Discounts to 1105 Media events such as FOSE, The Fed 100 and GCN Awards Galas, plus executive summits and seminars

“There has already been significant interest from prime contractors in setting up enterprise-level Insider Memberships to ensure their teams can continue to access our website and receive our Insider-only reports,” said Kristi Dougherty, general manager, Washington Technology. “This Insider program enables us to double down on the delivery of Washington Technology’s valuable and exclusive content, and we’re confident that our readers will want to take advantage of that.”
