Manish Malhotra, Unissant, Inc.

Unissant, Inc. has been selected by the National Science Foundation (NSF) Information Dissemination Branch (IDB) to manage and operate NSF’s internal and public facing web applications. As part of the contract, Unissant will support NSF’s SharePoint 2010 environments as well as the Autonomy IDOL search application.

“NSF has been at the forefront for implementing tools and technologies inline with release cycles,” said Manish Malhotra, President and CEO of Unissant. “We are very proud to be part of this mission critical initiative at NSF. Offering CMMI Level 3 processes as well as industry best practices, Unissant brings to NSF our commitment and capabilities to support their mission critical applications.”

NSF provides grants, contracts and cooperative agreements to over 2,000 colleges, universities, and other research/education institutions, and it accounts for about 20 percent of federal support to academic institutions for basic research.

Unissant is supported on this initiative by Deloitte Consulting LLP, a company it has worked with for over five years across various initiatives.
