Dominion Business Solutions, Inc., a Reston-based management and IT consulting firm, announced its acquisition of Eigen X as their Philadelphia-based subsidiary business. Eigen X will operate out of Wayne, PA and serve the greater Philadelphia Market.
“Expanding to Philadelphia was an obvious choice for us,” said J.P. Foley, Co-Founder and Managing Principal with Dominion. “In addition to growing our business, our existing clients in that area will be better served with a local Dominion presence. We have known and worked with the Eigen X leadership team for many years and this was a logical next step. It just makes sense.”
Stan Pittman, Eigen X’s co-founder, has over 20 years of consulting experience and is well known in the Philadelphia market as a business leader and innovator. In this new project, he will focus on core competencies such as IT Program/Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Enterprise Integration, ERP Solutions, and Social Media and Collaboration.
