Finalists for this year’s Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards have been announced, including Attain CEO Greg Baroni, for Executive of the Year ($75 million division).

Winners will be chosen at the annual gala at Marriott Wardman Park hotel in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 1.

For ten years, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Professional Services Council and Washington Technology magazine have presented the awards recognizing business and individual excellence in the government contracting industry.

Over 1,300 business and public sector leaders attend the event. Tickets are available online, and are $275 for FCCC members and $325 for non-members.

CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Dr. J. Phillip (Jack) London, will receive the 2012 Hall of Fame award. Other categories include: Contractor of the Year, Executive of the Year and Public Sector Partner of the Year.

Multiple awards in each category will be given to represent achievements by organizations of different sizes. A list of 2012 finalists is available.

Look for WashingtonExec‘s annual series with GovCon Awards finalists starting in October.
