SRA International, Inc. has announced that Max Hall will replace Jeffrey Rydant, who is taking an extended leave, as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer next month.

Hall first joined the government strategic and technology consulting company in 1992, before leaving to serve as chief operating officer for another firm.

“We are delighted to have Max Hall rejoin SRA as part of the senior leadership team,” said President and CEO Bill Ballhaus. “Max has a proven track record growing and leading federal services business and will be a strong asset to SRA as we position and grow our footprint across the government sector.”

Rydant will continue at SRA as an individual contributor. Ballhaus added, “It will be a force multiplier for SRA’s growth to continue to have JR supporting several corporate priority growth efforts prior to, and after, his extended leave.”

Hall, a former Army officer, has over 34 years of government and business experience.
