Sotera Defense Solutions, a national security technology company, held its 2nd annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project on June 15. The tournament raised $31,000 in support of wounded warriors and their families.

“We are very proud to have raised this money to benefit our military heroes and are grateful to all of our sponsors and participants,” said John Hillen, Sotera president and CEO. “Supporting the Wounded Warrior Project, who provides such valuable services to the men and women of America’s military, is an extension of Sotera’s dedication and passion to the national security mission of our customers.”

Part of Sotera’s corporate responsibility program, the tournament was held on June 15, 2012 at Westfields Golf Club in Clifton, Virginia. The Wounded Warrior Project provides programs and services to meet the needs of injured servicemen and women, and helps them aid and assist each other.
