The deadline to submit nominations for the Pinnacle Awards is Sept. 5, and we want your help finding the most impactful cybersecurity executives.
The Pinnacle Awards is an annual program that embodies the WashingtonExec spirit of highlighting successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region. For the cybersecurity awards, we’re looking for those showing true leadership and building a legacy of success in their organization or agency.
In 2023, the winners of the Cybersecurity Industry Executive of the Year were John Sahlin, General Dynamics Information Technology (Public Company); Scott Smith, Ernst & Young (Private Company, annual revenue greater than $250 million); and Robert Carey, Cloudera Government Solutions (Private Company, annual revenue less than $250 million). The winner in the Government category was Donna S. Bennett with the State Department.
