Citizant, a top business transformation and information-sharing solutions company for national security and federal law, will be expanding its Chantilly, Virginia headquarters by 2,500 square feet. This announcement also brings 15 new business development and program delivery employees.

“The staff at Citizant’s headquarters in Chantilly has doubled since we moved to this office in 2007. This most recent expansion allows us to accelerate our growth by adding more business development and technical solution experts,” said Citizant president, Alba Alemán. “Expanding in our current location will help us maintain collaboration and minimize costs so we can focus on creating value for our federal customers. We believe this is what the government wants from industry partners in pursuit of smarter, leaner and more effective public-sector solutions.”

OTJ Architects will be leading the project for Citizant to design and optimize office space for Citizant employees across the company.

“OTJ Architects is excited and privileged to be working with such a dynamic company as Citizant,” said OTJ Architects partner, Louis Gauchi. “This opportunity will enable us to continue applying our extensive design experience and proven track record in serving our clients’ architectural needs. OTJ will provide Citizant a new workplace for its team focused on their mission of improving the future for America’s citizens. We look forward to our collaboration with their leadership team in creating an exciting work environment that singularly represents Citizant, meets its needs and supports its mission.”
