    Sotera Completes Acquisition of Software Process Technologies

    John Hillen, CEO and President of Sotera Defense Solutions

    Sotera Defense Solutions (Sotera) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Software Process Technologies, Inc. (SPT).  SPT is specialized software that supports cyber intelligence missions. SPT has grown since its original development and adding SPT to Sotera will increase revenue and gain customer attention.

    “This business combination underscores a key element of Sotera’s business strategy to become a leading mission partner supporting our customers’ critical needs in the cyber intelligence and cyber operations areas,” said Sotera President & CEO, John Hillen.

    Christine Dockstader, SPT Founder, President & CEO said, “We are pleased to join Sotera, a company that is truly dedicated and responsive to the critical missions of its national security customers.”

    Sontera is a systems and solutions company that services national security agencies and programs of the U.S. government.
