Sevatec, Inc. gained a new leader this month with the appointment of Paul Langevin as senior vice president for finance and contracts.
A mover in the finance circles for the last 20 years, Langevin previously worked as chief financial officer for 3001, Inc., as well as doing work for various government consulting firms like ManTech and SiloSmashers.
Langevin graduated with a BS from the University of Massachusetts’ Dartmouth campus, and is a veteran of the US Army.
While at 3001, Langevin helped lead the transition and sale of that company to Northrop Grumman Corporation–a skill set Sevatec hopes to take full advantage of.
“Paul’s experience in contract negotiations and pricing will provide an invaluable asset to Sevatec,” said Sonny Kakar, the company’s president and CEO. “We are confident that his industry expertise and strategic focus will strengthen Sevatec’s ability to maintain and improve on its record of strong financial performance and contribute to the growth of our company.”
Sevatec, headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, is a technology consulting firm focused “on designing and implementing innovative, cost-effective, and customer-centric solutions for the federal government.”
