He ensured each unit has a designated primary contact, while maintaining a versatile team of pricing analysts proficient across all areas. This restructuring gives each business unit’s leadership confidence its projects will receive dedicated attention.

Blythe’s goals for his team in 2024 are to create new pricing strategies for different business areas and to keep updating pricing tools, methods and processes. His team needs to keep up with changes in the market to help other teams build successful competitive strategies.
