Kevin Joyce

Kevin Joyce’s biggest achievement has been empowering his team to grow and flourish into senior leaders within the legal department and organization as a whole.

“I’ve had the honor and pleasure of watching many of my team members move on to bigger and better roles with greater responsibility,” he said. “True success as a leader is measured by how you elevate those around you. I pride myself on talent development, a growth mindset, and empowering individuals to reach for and achieve their professional goals regardless of what they may be.”

Why Watch

In 2025, Joyce and his team are heavily focused on building out the organization to support new and emerging public sector markets; integrating public sector and enterprise practices to optimize operational efficiency and improve the employee experience; and scaling through the use of technology, including AI.

“People are the ultimate asset to an organization,” Joyce said. “Companies do not get things done, people do. As a people leader, my focus is to ensure that my team and colleagues understand how much I value them as professionals and how grateful I am for their insights and feedback.”

Fun Fact: Joyce is an avid ultralight backpacker (when work and family schedule permits). He enjoys most everything about the experience but particularly loves the detailed planning and preparation involved. Whether it’s the physical training, gear and food selection, or researching routes and navigating, he loves the challenge and truly appreciates getting out there and being one with nature and the elements.
