Precise Systems hired Samantha Black as director of business development to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand customer relationships, and drive capture and pipeline development across key defense markets.
Black most recently was BD manager at Valkyrie Enterprises, where she led capture efforts including the award of a $48 million Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity recompete. Her experience spans systems engineering, software, simulation and training portfolios, with deep engagement across Navy and joint defense markets including Orlando, Dahlgren, Dam Neck, Crane and Washington Navy Yard.
