    Emergent Wins Symantec North American Public Sector Partner Of The Year Award

    This week, Emergent, LLC announced its acceptance of the Symantec North American Public Sector Partner of the Year award. Symantec presented Emergent the award at its annual partner conference, Symantec Partner Engage 2011.

    The Symantec Partner Awards recognizes partners who have invested in Symantec and demonstrated success in solution areas and growth markets. The event took place at at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Chandler, Arizona from October 12-13, 2011.

    President of Emergent Greg Christensen said, “The Symantec North American Public Sector award is an honor and is an acknowledgement of Emergent’s unrivaled excellence in representing Symantec security, storage and systems management solutions supporting the Federal Government and State and Local Governments throughout the United States.”

    VP of Americas Channel Sales for Symantec Corp Randy Cochran said, “On behalf of Symantec, I’d like to congratulate Emergent and thank them for their investment in Symantec.”
