Platinum Equity announced March 15 it has completed the acquisition of Arlington, Va.-based PAE. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“PAE has a rich history with strong long-term customer relationships and dedicated employees delivering vital services around the world,” Platinum Equity Partner Louis Samson said. “The company has experienced leadership with a strong track record for growth. We are working closely with the management team to continue pursuing new opportunities to expand the business both organically and through prospective add-on acquisitions.”
