It was announced on December 22nd by Fairfax, Va.-based Salient CRGT that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has awarded it a five-year base, $50 million BPA and seven subsequent task orders over the last four months. Both the BPA and seven task orders are an expansion of current work for operational and maintenance and development services for the USPTO enterprise data warehouse.
Salient CRGT has been a partner to the USPTO for more than five years. It has worked on projects in fee forecasting, fee processing, disaster recovery, data integration, reporting, and visualizations. Salient CRGT has decreased development times, integrated new data into the EDW, improved system resiliency, and increased efficiency in O&M by leveraging Agile tools and techniques along with its expertise in Business Objects, Oracle, and Linux.
