It was announced on September 23rd by Bethesda, Md.-based Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) that it has appointed Tim Wagner president of the company’s commercial division. Wagner’s responsibilities will include managing and growing DMI’s commercial business and overseeing the integration of DMI’s five commercial business units.

Wagner brings three key areas of experience with him to DMI; billion dollar growth, mobile enterprise solutions and tech leadership. He has several years of experience as a senior leader at various high tech companies such as Samsung, BlackBerry, Ascendent Systems, Watch Hill Partners and GreenPages Technology Solutions.

“We have made substantial investments within our mobile first commercial division in an effort to further align with our customers and distance ourselves from our competition,” said Jay Sunny Bajaj, DMI founder and CEO. “Given Tim’s track record of success within startups and the Fortune 500, we are excited to have him onboard to further integrate and manage the team to achieve exceptional results.”

“After spending 10 plus years working closely with enterprise customers to deploy millions of smartphones, it became very obvious that these customers need a business partner that can truly deliver an end-to-end mobility solution,” said Tim Wagner. “After extensive research, DMI was the only company that I found which has made the right investments to deliver on these requirements. I see my role as enabling a great team to reach new heights in a shorter period of time.”
