Last week, MicroAutomation, Inc. named John Peitler the company’s Vice President of Health and Insurance. MicroAutomation is a leading systems integrator of contact center automation solutions.
MircroAutomation is focusing on a “practice” approach moving forward and appointed Peitler as a result. Peitler will lead a solid effort to bring advanced and industry-relevant solutions to health and insurance customers. Peiter has been influential in heading the company’s engineering and development organization department and in supporting its customers directly.
“I am excited with the new range of opportunity and responsibility I have in supporting our existing and new customers in this industry. There are so many areas where MicroAutomation can help to improve our customer’s operational effectiveness and efficiency, and bring sustained value to these organizations,” Peitler said. “The new direction and focus of the company is something that I am thrilled to be a part of, and see much potential for company growth from this investment in our customers.”
With over 15 years of experience in the IT, Telecommunication, and Program Management industry, Peitler is certainly a key asset to MicroAutomation. Peitler spent five years running his own systems and networking engineering company and another seven managing IT Operations for International Business Systems, Inc.
“John has a comprehensive understanding of contact center technology coupled with a detail understanding of the business challenges in this space,” stated Scott Fischer, MicroAutomation COO. “His vast experience and success in creating solutions for the company’s health and insurance customers makes him the perfect person to step up and provide this level of strategic leadership. I believe his customers will benefit from this unrivaled breadth of both functional and technical experience John brings.”
