Reston, Va.-based CENTERPOINT Inc. announced Nov. 18 the appointment of Karen Lou Dickey as Chief Financial Officer.
“We look forward to CENTERPOINT’s continued growth with Ms. Dickey on our team,” CENTERPOINT co-founder and CEO Baly Ambegaoker said. “She was a vital asset during the development of our previous company, IDL Solutions, and we are excited to revitalize that collaboration.”
Dickey brings more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience in roles that have included corporate accounting, financial reporting, governance, and M&A. She has previously worked at QinetiQ North America, Professional and Scientific Associates (PSA), Serco, IDL Solutions (now CACI) and Primescape.
Dickey is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree from Marymount University and a MBA in Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
