IntelliDyne, LLC last week announced it promoted Shirl Jenkins from senior vice president to executive vice president and chief human resources officer of the enterprise infrastructure management IT consulting firm.
Jenkins will be tasked in her new posts with strategically developing and managing the company’s HR organization, leading retention and recruitment and expanding the company’s corporate culture as the company poises itself to expand its public sector healthcare IT markets.
The company earned recently the 2014 Helios Apollo HR Award for innovative employee development and engagement practices — an award the company attributes in a press statement to Jenkins’ leadership in developing IntelliDyne into an industry recognized employer of choice.
“Shirl Jenkins is a tenacious corporate culture builder. Under her leadership, she has successfully initiated, developed and launched a series of the most significant human capital programs in our corporate history, resulting in IntelliDyne’s current success,” said IntelliDyne Chief Executive Tony Crescenzo. “Shirl has helped enhance our employee engagement, achieve higher employee retention and enabled the company to recruit top caliber talent. We are honored to recognize Ms. Jenkins for her proactive leadership role and her pivotal contributions to IntelliDyne’s growth.”
Jenkins led an 18 year career at SRA International prior to working at IntelliDyne. There, she won internal and external awards for her leadership efforts and for positioning the company to be recognized eight consecutive times as a top 100 best company to work for in Fortune magazine.
